THE CHALLENGE

People don't trust traditional travel insurance. It's a confusing process that often leaves you worried, stressed and out of pocket when things go wrong. And because PassportCard is new to the market, Australian travellers don't understand how they're different. Unlike other insurers, PassportCard doesn't leave its customers high and dry. It's provides instant payouts for the most common travel insurance claims people experience. No questions asked. We needed to tell this story. 

THE SOLUTION

All travellers are really worried about is: am I covered, will I be paid out, and will I be okay? So we challenged the category by showing that your adventure doesn’t have to be put on hold while you wait for your insurance company to get their shit together. They show up for you when you need it, not later.
